A focused tool — not a campaign manager
RouteReply is intentionally narrow. It uses the Google Ads API only to read and respond to Local Services Ads leads on behalf of a business that has explicitly connected its account:
- Reading leads & conversations — via
GoogleAdsService.Search, RouteReply queries the connected account's recentlocal_services_leadandlocal_services_lead_conversationrecords. - Replying to leads — via
LocalServicesLeadService.AppendLeadConversation, RouteReply sends the business's reply back to the lead.
RouteReply is not a full-service campaign, ad, bidding, budget, or keyword management platform. It does not create, edit, or optimize campaigns or ad spend. Its only purpose is fast, reliable lead response for Local Services Ads.
Each business connects its own Google account through Google's standard OAuth consent and can revoke that access at any time from within the app or from their Google account settings.
